Lindberg Geologic Consulting was established to provide reasonably-priced, personalized, professional geologic consulting services to northern California and southwestern Oregon. Owner David N. Lindberg, CEG, has over twenty years of experience as a consulting geologist in the region and has served a broad range of clients on a wide variety of projects. Clients have included homeowners, small and large land developers, public utilities, schools, hospitals, state and federal government agencies, tribal government entities and other businesses large and small.
Mr. Lindberg has conducted Geologic and Soils Investigations thoughout the region. He has provided geologic and soils information for Commercial and Residential developments from Gold Beach Oregon to Mendocino California on the coast and throughout the inland areas of northwestern California and southwestern Oregon.
Some noteworthy projects and clients have included soils investigations for Leon's Mufflers in Eureka, for SHN Consulting Engineers and Geologist's Eureka offices, the Eureka Co-Op, PG&E's Humboldt Bay Power Plant, College of the Redwoods (Del Norte, Eureka and Fort Bragg campuses), Bear River Casino, the "High Tank" water tower replacement for the City of Eureka, and levee reconstruction for the City of Arcata, among many, many others.
Lindberg Geologic Consulting is a member of the Association of Engineering and Environmental Geologists (AEG), the Humboldt Builders Exchange, and the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a Director on the Boards of each of these groups. Mr. Lindberg provides volunteer service to the community as a member of the City of Eureka's Board of Appeals, and a commissioner on Eureka's Historic Preservation Commission. He is also an active Kiwanian (past President, Kiwanis Club of Henderson center, Eureka), President of the Humboldt County Business Tip Club. He recently served on the Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District's Water Resources Planning Advisory Committee helping the District establish future directions and priorities.
